What is the RX Click app all about?

RX Click mobile application provides an online platform for consumers to easily obtain and / or purchase medicines and healthcare products anywhere in Malaysia conveniently and in a secured manner from the pharmacy at the comfort of their home.

How does RX Click work?

RX Click app connects customers to the nearest pharmacy; customers can have a one-to-one virtual consultation with the pharmacist through RX Click app, place their order and get the items delivered straight to their doorstep within 2 hours.

Who are our partner pharmacies?

All pharmacies and pharmacists on board with RX Click are registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.

How do customers learn more about using the RX Click app?

User manual can be found here. Customers can also visit our social media sites to view the e-learning videos in regards to using the app.

Order & Payments

How do I know the pharmacy has replied to my order request?

Once the pharmacy has created your order list, you will receive a notification to check the latest order in your Booking section.

When can the customer place an order?

RX Click app provides service in accordance with the operating time of the pharmacies. Standard operating time of pharmacies is from 8.00am till 10.00pm. Customers are encouraged to purchase their pharmaceutical needs during the mentioned time.

Where will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed and prepared from the nearest community pharmacies around you and our trustable logistic partner will deliver your order directly to your doorstep.

How do customers make payment for their purchase?

RX Click mobile app only provides online payment gateway for customers to make payment which include online banking, card transaction and e-wallets.

Can customers opt to pay Cash Upon Delivery?

RX Click only accepts online payment at the moment. Customers are not allowed to pay cash upon delivery (COD).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take for the items to get delivered?

RX Click provides on-demand delivery which means customers will receive their items within 2 hours. However, customers can also choose to schedule their time of preferred delivery.

Can the family of a customer collect the items on behalf of the customer?

Yes they can. But they will need to sign the delivery form provided by our logistic rider.

Can customers track their order?

Yes, customers can track their order through the RX Click app. Notifications in regards to delivery status will also be sent to the customers.

What if the customer is not at home when the item is delivered?

Items will be returned to the pharmacy responsible for the order. Customers will be notified by RX Click to collect the items from the pharmacy personally.
