Once the pharmacy has created your order list, you will receive a notification to check the latest order in your Booking section.
RX Click app provides service in accordance with the operating time of the pharmacies. Standard operating time of pharmacies is from 8.00am till 10.00pm. Customers are encouraged to purchase their pharmaceutical needs during the mentioned time.

RX Click mobile app only provides online payment gateway for customers to make payment which include online banking, card transaction and e-wallets.
RX Click only accepts online payment at the moment. Customers are not allowed to pay cash upon delivery (COD).
RX Click provides on-demand delivery which means customers will receive their items within 2 hours. However, customers can also choose to schedule their time of preferred delivery.
Yes they can. But they will need to sign the delivery form provided by our logistic rider.
Yes, customers can track their order through the RX Click app. Notifications in regards to delivery status will also be sent to the customers.
Items will be returned to the pharmacy responsible for the order. Customers will be notified by RX Click to collect the items from the pharmacy personally.
